 Welcome to Rodolfo “Rudy” Silva, Jr. Elementary.

          I am honored to serve as the Principal of Rodolfo "Rudy" Silva Elementary School, bringing nearly three decades of educational experience to my new role. Over my 29-year career, I have held various leadership positions, including Assistant Principal, ELAR Strategist, Early Literacy Strategist, and Bilingual Coordinator.

           As an enthusiastic educator, I firmly believe that building strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers is crucial for fostering an environment of learning and growth. The vision for the upcoming school year focuses on collaboration and communication, aiming to develop partnerships that enhance student success. I am dedicated to sharing achievements and continuously improving student learning experiences, ensuring that every child at Silva Elementary has the opportunity to thrive. Under my leadership, we aim to create a community where dialogue flourishes and educational excellence is the standard.
